Shipping Time & Charges: Items may not be in stock and customer will be contacted first to confirm stock availability and shipping charge. Buyers pay all shipping and handling charges. We use Canada Post / UPS ground / Fedex ground service and will confirm the shipping charge with you prior to sending out the item. If you need extra fast delivery such as Next Day service, please contact us to confirm availability (extra fast service may not be available to all areas/addresses) and obtain a shipping charge quotation. For international orders: you may be subject to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment. Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, you may return the order within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be unopened, in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept any merchandise with missing or damaged parts. Returning guidelines and procedures are as follows : - Obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. - Please pack the item for return in the way that we packed it. Include a copy of the invoice and the Return Authorization Number in the package. - Freight and handling charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to us. - A re-stocking fee of 20% applies.
